For more than 20 years a group of brave horses and roads have been crossing from Valls to Montserrat. More than 100 km and 5 days of adventures. At the beginning all the participants were from Valls but now we gather lovers of carts and horses from all over the territory: Marçà, Mora la Nova, Tarragona, Montblanc…
An excursion to connect with nature
Rural Experiences arises precisely from the excursions we season. But undoubtedly the jewel in the crown is thetrip to Montserrat. During five days the connection with nature, animals and the past make us forget the daily load and allow us positive energy. Therefore, the our routesWe want to give you the opportunity to enjoy a few hours of these sensations.
Crossing Valls - Montserrat is designed thinking welfare of horses and people. We train for months for this trip and teams are formed by a car (the lighter and stronger than it has), and at least two horses in each car, often teams take the third horse to be able to rest a companion horse in each section.

Friday 17th May
At 16.00 we left and we went to Valls Goat Camp going through the Pla de Santa Maria. About 19.00 we reached But Bilo, where we night.
Saturday May 18
We get up early to join forces and prepare all the equipment and make way from Goat Camp Vallespinosa up. About 13.00 we reached the village where we have lunch and even make nap.
At 16.00 from Pontils Vallespinosa we went to - we got to where we cross the river Gaia 17.00h- few years spends enough water and cool the horses legs! Finally we arrived at about 19:00 Bellprat
Sunday 19 May
At 9:00 the whole trip up Bellprat and make the path to the sources was where we had lunch and a long stop. Finally we continue the way up to Santa Margarida de Montbui about 13:30.
Once in Santa Margarida Montbui rest of the afternoon, the horses have all afternoon to lie down, eat, and play cool ... And the wagon roads too!
Monday 20 May
Monday arranquem Santa Margarida de Montbui at 8:00 am in the morning and have breakfast in Pobla de Claramunt at 10:00 we will get! Once we all have breakfast and continue until hydrated Mas Brugues where we had lunch and a nap!
After lunch to boot, 16.00 and Heather went through to reach the foot of Montserrat. When we begin to see the mountains are very close to our goal. It is a precious moment and sad at the same time as we know that the trip is about to reach the end. We arrived at the convent of Santa Cecilia at 19.00
Tuesday 21 May
The big day! 9:00 to boot suits all carriers with the best decorations to enter Montserrat, arrive at 10:00 and we can see parked just below the Sanctuary.
And ... here!
After five days ofadventures, Landscapes full of life and planted a bus picks us both carriers like the horses and return to valleys, from where we started. 5 full days ofemotions and anecdotes that we recorded heart. Once we got home to have only 365 days to be back there!
