The celebration of forest and rural

The Forest Festival Vallespinosa reaches its 4th edition loaded with novelties. During a weekend, the village of Vallespinosa offers free activities and workshops for all audiences. The aim is for visitors to learn how farm work was done in past centuries and discover the secrets that the forest hides. This year's novelties are the demonstration fieldwork horse in charge ofRural experiences and trolley routes through the forests of Vallespinosa (free activities).

Another new is the sample construction and operation of a demonstration carbonera by the Association The Sui and Traditions Festival

The Festa del Bosc was born with the aim of structuring the 8 nuclei of the municipality of Pontils and establish a meeting point. The proposal presents several elements in common, starting with the forest, and the activities and work that had existed in the territory.

Let's ride our river!

In some aquariums we will set up the river bed (pebbles, sand, stones, etc.). Little by little we introduce fauna (fish, turtles, crabs, etc.), vegetation and structural elements and we make an explanation. Touch and stir activity!

Three years ago we installed 6 nest boxes in the stream. We will check them, see if nests have been made there, identify the species and carry out maintenance tasks.
